This programme is designed for individuals who are already in management positions but looking towards middle management or have been identified as future leaders. Using proven and established tools, we work with delegate to help them to unlock their potential and develop their leadership, management and communication skills.
The programme covers the breadth of skills needed to become a successful leader
It’s designed to be bespoke to your organisation/s needs, and tailored entirely to suit the needs of the individual. Using a combination of 1-2-1 coaching, online learning and classroom based workshops to deliver a programme which works for them. The programme can be completed between 2-12 months depending upon commitment/time of the individual.
