Due to succesful growth, one of our clients must move to larger premises, so are looking to sub-let their retail shop.
It is situated in the centre of Hull in a unique position just off Jameson street and it has been fitted it out extensively, there is a store area, and a toilet with hand wash/drier facility. There is only electricity which is working out around £30 per month, the rental is approx. half that of the rents on the main street and is currently enjoying rate relief, so is very cost effective. Rent is around £600 per calendar month with fixtures & fittings negotiable.
