Hull designer is crowned UK’s top freelancer for 2015
Rebecca Shipham is a freelance designer, with her business being based in Hull since 2010. In August she entered a competition to find the brightest and best self-employed and freelance individuals in the UK. Out of hundreds of entries, she was crowned the winner at a glittering event in Shoreditch, London on 19th November 2014 which coincided with National Freelancers Day.
The event was streamed live, with people watching all over the country as TV presenter Sue Lawley awarded her with the title of the UK’s Best Freelancer for 2015. In addition to the title, she won a whole host of prizes including an iPad, accountancy support, working space in London, and £5000 cash to invest into her business. www.shipsandpigs.com
