If only there was a tick box exercise to inform you as to when to hire a finance leader and at what level of seniority to bring someone into the business. The reality is, each CEO will encounter a situation that is individual to them and many factors need to be considered to ensure the best decision is made.
There are core elements that will come into play and Zanda Co-Founder Andrew, will be discussing how to assess your startup to choose the correct finance leader and when to establish your finance function.
Your team is one of your strongest assets – getting it right will make or break your chances of securing investments and your likelihood of business success, so join us to learn more about the different types of finance leaders, because they will ultimately play a big part in your success.
This workshop will be run for 45 minutes on the first Tuesday of every month, so there are multiple opportunities to join us for this session. We have limited the spaces to allow for an intimate workshop where we can work with guests on their individual requirements and have an interactive Q&A session.
