Founder
Sophie has spent the last two decades in businesses throughout the retail and hospitality sectors, from managing and coaching start-ups and independents to holding leading roles within household-name brands and some of London’s most admired and complex landlord environments.
She understands first-hand the intricacies faced in these ever-changing industries from both sides, and has picked up an abundance of hints, tips and knowledge along the way.
