In this Lunch and Learn, Jason Brett will share his top tips about brand image, body language and the art of engaging with customers. He will explain how to give great customer service and increase your sales performance at pop-up markets.
Jason is the co-owner of Curated by Dapper & Suave where he runs in-person markets in Surrey that have an important ethos – to offer customers choice and variety in a “unique, friendly, and creative” environment. This allows businesses to have a platform to shine and sell in a pop-up department.
Jason is a mental health first aider, business mentor, and ambassador for Pedddle. He uses the skills that he has gained through the years in different sectors in helping others and is keen to guide and develop those who may need help in growing their business.
