Date: Mon 25th Nov 2024
Time: 12:00 - 12:30
In this Lunch and Learn, Odudu Inyang-Songhonron will provide an energy and self-care management workshop on how to prevent burnout and promote personal and professional wellbeing.

Odudu is a mindset coach, motivational speaker and author of Why Aren’t You Successful?…Yet.

Using his four-step framework VGVR – vision, goals, values and rituals – he has helped hundreds of founders, working professionals and organisations live their definitions of success. He has worked with organisations, such as GoHenry, And Digital, Virtuoso, The Music Publishers’ Association and Meta.

Key takeaways from this session:
- Taking care of yourself will mean you can and will get more done, rather than thinking you have to sacrifice your health to achieve the same outcome
- There are four types of energy – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – and thus, fatigue can be caused by one or more of them
- You can manage your energy by discovering your symptoms and triggers of fatigue and what can help you recharge and prevent low energy
If you have any questions you’d like Odudu to answer during the webinar, please send them to events@enterprisenation.com.
