Event: RaisE Stakeholder Event 1 – Hosted by University of Birmingham (BCRRE)
29/04/2025 | 10:30am - 2:30pm
Event Location: RaisE Business Centre
Event Address: Tom Pudding Way, GOOLE, East Riding Of Yorkshire, DN14 6BS
Event Description
The next ‘Supporting the Rail Supply Chain’ event, staged at the RaisE Business Centre, Goole will take place on 29 April starting at 10:30 and will finish at about 14:30 (lunch will be provided).
The theme is ‘Collaboration Opportunities in Rail’ and will include presentations from: the Connected Places Catapult, Network Rail (Product Acceptance), Story Contracting, Unipart Rail, Horizon Europe and Europe’s Rail.
Additionally, there will be brief updates from the industry’s trade associations as well as the 3 RaisE Business Centre Stakeholders, namely: the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Siemens Mobility (UK) and the University of Birmingham Centre for Railway Research and Education.
As ever with these events, we will make sure there is plenty of time for networking and, during our ‘Show and Tell’ sessions, every company attending will be offered the chance to give a 30-second elevator pitch about their business and to describe their products goods and services – but, fear not, this is not compulsory (even though we do encourage it!).
